Estarreja Court
The main requirements of the remodeling of the court house are that they guarantee that all of the communication infrastructures function throughout the intervention and in the guarantee that the transfer from the old to the new structured network took place, with minimum affect on the functionality of the building. The conciliation between the spaces that were to be remodeled and the construction workers, the employees of the court house and its users, its schedule and programming of tasks, so that the best interests of these agents were ensured, was also an important issue for the building crew.

Tibães Monastery
The old home of the Portuguese Benedictine Congregation was object of an integrated operation of restoration, recovery and rehabilitation by CASAIS, between September of 2006 and December of 2008. The intervention covered the ancient cloister of the dining area (destroyed by a big fire in the end of the XIX century), the novitiate, the hospice and the South wing where the library, the kitchen and some other spaces are situated. The recovery and restoration of the spaces will allow that they be included in the visiting circuit of the Monastery, where an information center of monastic orders will be installed, as well as allow the reinstallation of a religious community that will manage a small hostel and a restaurant located in the old hospice.

Estoi Palace
The intervention included the recovery of the original palace that incorporated the public equipment spaces: the noble salons became leisure areas; the old chapel became a reading area, the old Viscounts room a reception area and a restaurant. Simultaneously, a building with 60 rooms and more than three suites, destined for the accommodation of the visitors of the palace was built. The old stables were also restored for an events building.
The construction contemplated not only a large job of restoring the Palace, but also the gardens that were valorized. Due to its complexity and unique nature, the work done on Estoi Palace is believed to be one of the most emblematic jobs developed by Casais Algarve.
