Rio Maior Cine-Theatre
 The contract work consists of the conception/construction of a Cine-theatre with capacity for 250 people, an underground parking area and exterior arrangements. The new building also has a service and support area made up of dressing rooms (individual and collective), a bar, reception, simultaneous translation booths, projection room, offices, support rooms, bathing rooms, and others.

Vila Flor Cultural Centre
 The new Cultural Centre of the city of Guimarães arose from the exterior restoration and interior remodelling of the Palace of Vila Flor (XVIII century). The building, which has traces of baroque and neoclassical architecture, comprises large exhibition galleries and shelters some of the Guimarães Municipal Services, namely the Municipal President's Office, an Exhibition Hall with an area of 1000m2 and various support rooms to be used for congresses. Parallel to the Palace, the cultural complex shelters a majestic contemporaneous building, in L-shape, and privileges the relationship with the garden and the city through the use of glass in the north fronts, giving a unique view to the Guimarães Castle and the Dukes of Bragança Palace.

Universidade da Beira Interior School of Health Sciences
 The school is composed by two buildings for offices, for chemical, biological and nuclear investigation laboratories, offices for the headmasters of the school, a technical and investigation library, classrooms, an auditorium with more than 500 seats, a canteen and other services. The construction also included the network of accessibility and internal circulation, with an area of 18000m2, a car park for approximately 560 vehicles and leisure spaces that incorporate two tennis courts and a basketball court. The conception of the buildings expresses the concern with isolation and thermal coating and with the natural lighting of the divisions, guarantying that everyone is comfortable in all of the working areas in every season. It is also concerned with the specific needs of the laboratories, having been built proper pre-treatment areas for all of the dangerous effluents.
