Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof

A central station for collective urban, regional and international transports in Munich is the most recent construction started by Casais Germany.

It has total area of 25.000 m² and integrated spaces for offices, commerce, restoration and leisure.

Medianfabrik

The future Center of Ideas and Business seeks to concentrate in a single space all the necessary conditions for the development of innovative products and services related to the media. Medianfabrik is highlighted mainly by its concern with gardened interior and exterior areas - influenced by the Oriental Philosophy of harmonization of surroundings "Feng Shui".

This project should be fully completed by December of 2009

Portuguese Pavilion Expo'2000

This remarkable architectural work conceived by the renowned Portuguese architects Álvaro Sisa Vieira and Eduardo Souto de Moura, for the Universal Exhibition of Hannover, comprises a façade in cork blocks and a covering with a double membrane layer in Teflon, translucent and never produced in the world.

Wastewater Treatment Plant HALLE-NORD

German Government Chancellery (Bundeskanzleramt)

Since 1994, the Bundeskanzleramt is the most emblematic project in German ground. A large-scale work and a reference of the modern architecture of Berlin, where the company Casais executed the colossal façades, in white concrete. Engineering processes and solutions were used to execute the flagstone of the 3rd floor supported through the strain cables of the 6th floor flagstone. The execution of walls and wavy flagstones is also a remarkable feature of this work.
