Clos Folon
 Casais Belgium recently started the construction of a luxurious Residential venture in Ukkle.
The project is composed by three blocks, made up by two underground floors and by three habitable floors. With a construction area of around 15.000m2, the venture will have a total of one hundred apartments and its conclusion is planned for October of 2009.

North Light and Pole Star
 The North Pole and Pole Star Towers will accept 3500 workers from Fortis and will be built on some of the latest construction land available in the center of Brussels, very close to the main train station "Gare du Nord". Each of the towers will have an area of 35.474m² and their height will be 62m.

Museum Hergé
 The Hergé Museum is the most recent workmanship of the Casais - Belgium in course. With a total surface of 3600 m², the cultural infrastructure conceived by the french Architect Christian de Portzamparc, will reunite the temporary and permanent collections (on the subjects "A man of art", "The worlds of Tintin" and "A 20th century classic"). The foreseen Museum to the public that will open on the first semester of 2009 will also have a bookstore - store, a coffee shop, dressing rooms and technical spaces. The architecture of the building is characterized for inclined walls, generous spaces and a complex geometry.
